According to celebrity gossip website TMZ, Jessica Sierra may be the latest celebrity to star in a sex tape.

The tape reportedly shows the former American Idol star posing in a variety of pictures in a hotel room.

Sierra has been in the news lately after a string of run ins with police. The latest occured last Saturday night.

Police say Sierra refused to leave the Full Moon Saloon in Ybor City around 2 am Saturday after they say she was causing a disturbance.

After they asked to her to leave, Sierra crossed the street where she began fighting with a friend, and then began yelling at and pushing onlookers as they passed by. Sierra was combative with officers and had a strong smell of alcohol on her breath, according to her arrest report.

Police say Sierra tried to get away as she was being arrested, and at one point allegedly slapped an officer in the face. The report also says Sierra switched back and forth from being apologetic to combative and at times used racial slurs and offered sexual favors to the arresting officers in exchange for her release.

During her first appearance on Sunday morning, the judge had harsh words for the former reality show star, telling her "...the bar scene isn't working out well for you, I would suggest you find another form of entertainment."

Sierra was a finalist on the 2005 season of Idol. Sierra spent several months in a California rehab facility after her first arrest and was scheduled to appear on VH1's reality show "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" early next year.
